How to Place an Order
- Select items by simply browsing the site
- To add an item to your basket, enter the desired quantity into the ‘Quantity’ box and then click “Add to Cart”. You can update the quantity at any point prior to checking out by clicking the ‘Preview & Checkout’ button at the top of the page, changing the desired quantity by entering the new figure, and clicking ‘Update Totals’. To remove an item from your basket, simply click the “remove item” button and then click ‘Update Totals’.
- You can continue to shop at any point after entering items into your basket by clicking "Continue shopping" – your selected items will remain in your basket until you are ready to checkout.
- Once you are happy with your order, click on the ‘Checkout’ button and proceed through the payment steps.
Help with an Existing Order
If you are experiencing problems with an existing order you have already placed, please complete the contact form, leave your e-mail address or telephone number and our manager will contact you as soon as possible.
Returns
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase from Galaxy Fashion, or if you receive the wrong goods, you can return them to us within 3 months.
Goods returned to us will be replaced after the original goods have been received. Galaxy Fashion will refund the amount paid by you for the goods, or if agreed with you, provide replacement goods.
All Returns will normally be processed on the day of receipt.
